Where can you set up the photo booth?

The setup options are limitless. From living rooms to yachts to private booths at nightclubs, our photo booths can be setup anywhere power is available.  The open booths work best at outdoor events, although we can usually find a suitable location for the enclosed booth if you prefer it.  The enclosed booths do get a little stuffy inside on warm days, so guests are generally more comfortable in these at indoor events.

Does the photo booth save the images as digital files?

Yes, each individual image as well as the strip group is saved.

Is it possible to change the output of the photos?

Yes. The number of images to be taken and how they are arranged can be changed to suit your needs. The most common layouts are a single image on one sheet of paper (1 image, 1 row, 1 column), a passport-style strip of images (e.g., 4 images, 4 rows, 1 column), or a 2x2 grid of 4 images. Also, a customized header and footer can be created for the output. We can add text, logos, or both to the photos.



How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?

We require a $200 deposit to formally book your date. However, if your date is booking up fast, we will reserve it for you for two weeks as a courtesy, so that you can make a decision at your own pace.

 Do you charge extra for setup and tear down time?

No. If you have hired us for 6 hours and your event goes until midnight, our photo booth will be completely set up and ready to go no later than 6 PM. If you require additional time, we charge $250 per hour for overtime. Furthermore, if you require the booth to be set up by 4pm but not running until 6pm, we do not charge for idle time.

Does our rental include a photo booth attendant?

Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire rental period to help your guests operate and enjoy their photo booth experience.  Additionally, a booth technician will be available to quickly take care of any mechanical problems that may occur during the event so that your booth will remain operable for the maximum duration of your event possible, and with the least possible inconvenience to you and your guests.

Do you provide a copy of our images on disk?

Absolutely. We always provide our clients with a USB flash drive containing full resolution copies of both their individual image files and the group strip image files.

Are prints included with your rental rates?

Yes they are.  Each photo booth session typically takes 2 sets of four pictures which are then printed seconds later on a single 4x6 paper.  The output is then sliced in two and distributed according to your instructions.  Generally, the guest receives one copy and the other is saved in a scrapbook of the event.  Our rental rates include unlimited sessions and double prints of each session.

Can we choose color or black & white prints?

Absolutely.  We can print your pictures whichever way you want them.

Can we have a special message displayed on our photos?

Absolutely!  Any unique message, graphic, or logo you choose can be displayed as a header or footer to your photos at no additional charge.

When is the final payment due?

We require the final balance paid 2 weeks prior to the event. If full payment has not been received by the due date, additional charges may apply.
